We often get asked at the clinic, "what else can I do to help with my jaw pain?". Very often simple range of motion exercises are the way to go. Below are a few quick exercises that you can do during the day and shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

 Start with gently opening your mouth to a comfortable full range. Then bring your jaw left and right.
