What emotion do you want a patient to feel when they leave the clinic?

I want a person to feel educated and confident that they understand what happened, what is going to happen and what to expect through treatment. I want them to take onus in their rehabilitation as this is crucial for positive results.

What do people get at Beech Street Health Centre that they can't get anywhere else?

At Beech St the clients will receive integrated care with a patient centred focus. We offer a very calm and welcoming atmosphere with educated staff who will guide them along their rehabilitation journey.
