Alanna Kinsman, Massage Therapist
Alanna is a certified massage therapist who received her diploma in the 2200-hour program at ICT Northumberland College in 2013. She has been a member in good standing of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia since 2013.
She has training in Myofascial massage, Kinesiotape and injury prevention taping, which gives her a variety of approaches for treatment. Alanna is continuously studying to provide her patients with the best up-to-date care. Currently, she is in her fourth year of Osteopathic studies at Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques Halifax Campus and always looks forward to working with patients towards their own individual needs.
Alanna is a strong believer in the Mind-Body connection, and tries to encompass this in her treatments focused towards each patients’ overall well being. From reducing muscle tension, joint pain and swelling to increasing circulation, Alanna’s approach is to address overall mobility from a full body perspective.
