Alanna is an osteopath and registered massage therapist. She is a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO) and Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).

Alanna is continuously studying to provide her patients with the best up-to-date care. After completing her massage therapy training in 2013 from ICT Northumberland College, she has completed 5 years of training at Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques - Halifax Campus and a thesis investigating the understanding and application of intention in osteopathic clinical practice in 2021. She enjoys working with patients towards their therapeutic goals and providing patient centred education to aid in rehabilitation.  

Alanna is a strong believer in the mind-body connection and aims to encompass this in her treatments focused on each patients’ well-being. From reducing muscular tension, joint pain and swelling, to increasing circulation, Alanna’s approach is to address mobility from a full body perspective.
