I’ve never been to the clinic before, how do I book an appointment?

The quickest and most effective way to book an appointment is through our secure online portal. When you book online you can fill out the required info in advance of your appointment, such as contact information, medical history, etc. It’s easy! Watch video:

 

Do I need a medical referral to see one of your specialists or therapists?

No! You do not need a medical referral to see one of our therapists. However, certain medical insurance plans do require a medical referral from a medical doctor before receiving services. Always check with your insurance provider.

What should I wear for the visit?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. We have changing facilities if time does not allow you to change before your visit.

Can you directly bill my insurance?

Yes! We can direct bill with many insurers.

What payment methods do you accept?

To support our small business please consider paying with debit. You may also pay by credit card. As of March 2020 we no longer accept cash or cheque.


How much will my appointment cost?

How do I know if my insurance covers your services?

We recommend that you confirm your insurance coverage with your provider.

How many treatments will I need for my issue or injury?

Recovery from an injury is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to age, nature of injury, duration of the injury, and any other underlying health factors. Our therapists will be able to give you a better idea of your prognosis during your initial visit.

Can I buy a gift card?

It's easy to buy a gift card for a loved one. You don't need an account to purchase a gift card. All you need to do is click here (or click Book An Appointment to get to the portal page, then choose E-GIFT CARDS to the right of the logo).

How soon can I get an appointment?

The typical wait time between when you book and your appointment can be 0 to 2 weeks. This will vary by time of year or service required. Please visit our Clinic Service page for more detailed information.

How often do I need to come to see improvements in my health?

The number of times you need to come depends on the length of time you have had your complaint, the severity of your injury, and/or your overall health. Some conditions respond quickly and others take more time. Our therapists will be able to give you a better idea of your prognosis during your initial visit.
