Regular asymptomatic testing: Our therapists get regular asymptomatic testing at pop up sites. We recommend the same to our patients.

Prescreening: We prescreen all patients prior to their appointment. Please come alone to your appointment. If you do require a companion for your visit, the companion must be pre-screened the day before as well.

Exposure sites: Please reschedule if you were at any sites listed during the time indicated https://novascotia.ca/coronavirus/alerts-notices/#possible-exposures

Fresh air and air filtration: You can request windows stay open during an appointment in the treatment room. As well, we have invested in air filtration units in all treatment rooms.

No waiting room: You will be instructed to go directly to your treatment room upon arrival. Please arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time.

Vaccination: All therapists and staff at Beech Street Health Centre are fully vaccinated.

Other safety procedures include:

  • We sanitize treatment rooms in between patients as well as all high touch areas

  • Since June 2020 we have reduced the total number of people to less than 10 at any given time in the building

  • We encourage patients not to use the bathroom at the clinic however it is regularly sanitized

Please sanitize your hands upon entry and bring very little to your appointment.

You are important to us. We are going above and beyond to keep you safe. We are doing all that we can to keep our therapists, our patients, and your families safe. We look forward to seeing you soon.
