Q: My jaw is really sore when I wake up in the morning. What can I do?

A: You might be a night time jaw clencher! These exercises (page 2) will help to retrain the muscles of the lips, tongue, and jaw to allow for proper movement and resting postures. You may also want to book an assessment with a one of our therapists or your dentist to determine the possible cause and which exercises are most appropriate for you.
